Meet Adam Nicholson | General Manager
Adam Nicholson has been with Clayton Homes since 2020 and serves as our General Manager. He helps families navigate every step of the homebuying journey—from planning and financing to site development, delivery, move-in, and beyond. For Adam, few things are more rewarding than seeing a homeowner’s vision become reality and handing them the keys to a place they can truly call home.
Outside of work, Adam loves spending time with his family, traveling, and attending sporting events. He’s also a fan of live theater, musicals, classical music, and audiobooks. His favorite getaways include Central Oregon and Disneyland, and his dream trip is riding the Orient Express from Paris to Istanbul. At home, he has a nearly 130-pound German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois/Malamute mix named Reser—who still considers himself a lap dog.
